My name is Dave Posocco. I'm a 25 year old working as an electronics technician, though I have a degree in Computer Engineering, and living in Scranton, PA (Yeah, like in The Office).  I have been running for 5 years, on and off, except for the last year and a half when I started running races.  I am now training hard to run my first Marathon.

I hope to get some readers for my blog, but if not, it will keep me focused on running and improvement.  Comments, emails, tips, questions, etc... are all welcome!
